3. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible or liable for treatment results, post-treatment complications, or patient dissatisfaction with clinical outcomes.

All medical procedures involve risks. Patients must independently assess their suitability and consult their GP or dentist if unsure.

Any issues arising from treatment abroad must be addressed directly with the treating clinic.
Sifa Care and its directors are not liable for any physical, emotional, financial, or legal consequencesarising from treatment performed by third-party providers.
4. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable service/admin fee may apply.

Travel and accommodation may be organised by the patient or by us, depending on package type.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Clinic cancellation policies may differ — we will assist where possible but are not liable for refunds from third parties.
